- We deliver our Products to UAE only.
- Shipping will be done by our company employee in Dubai & other Emirates by third-party courier.
- Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days.

- Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Free returns: Max Vision has a 14-day, no questions asked free returns policy. We are confident in our frames & lenses, and that you will enjoy the eyeglasses & sunglasses you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your eyeglasses within the first 14 days after delivery (and with respect to contact lenses, 30 days), you are entitled to a refund, product exchange, or a 100% store credit. No questions asked and hassle-free.
Manufacturer’s Warranty: All our glasses come with a standard 365 day manufacturer’s warranty. This covers any possible defect in the frame or lens that can reasonably be attributed to the manufacturer’s responsibility and not a result of normal wear and tear, accidental damage from handling or improper use.
How to Return Your Glasses
1.Go to the customer portal and then your order page on the maxvisiononline.com website.
2.Select the order that you want to return and click on request for the refund. Then we will send you the return procedures.
3.Print the prepaid return shipping label and put it on the envelope containing the glasses you are returning.
You are done. We will let you know when the glasses get back to us, and then it’s up to you: Receive a full refund (may take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account), store credit or exchange for a different pair.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
